We offer generous commission percentages, and back office support.  

Our Salespeople can earn over $6,000 per sale and can easily earn over $100K per year. 
At 30% comission a single 6 figure candiate placed can mean $6K-$10K per sale.  A dedicated salesperson should be able to produce orders for at least 15-20 positions per year, while some will be able to produce orders for hundreds of positions per year.  

This position is ideal for experienced recruiting or staffing sales people looking to have the flexibility to work from home, and the support of a larger organization. We require a dedication to sales, and a proven track record as a staffing or recruiting sales professional.  If you have a proven track record in IT sales we will also consider you for this position.  

We have openings for both Full desk recruiters as well as SALES ONLY professionals to join our team.

What if I don’t have experience selling staffing or recruiting in IT?   

If your recruiting or staffing sales experience is in a niche other than IT, such as Medical, Sales, Engineering, Construction, Legal, etc… you are welcome to join our team. Our company’s focus has traditionally been in the Enterprise IT, and Enterprise Sales sectors, however depending on the mix of recruiters working with us we are flexible on the niches worked.
